Pinkylash Website Relaunch: Same Handmade Craft, A Much Better Way to Shop It
The rebuilt pinkylash.com is live — clearer collections, faster pages, a direct OEM path and one-tap contact with the lash factory team.
Category: Brand News
If the site feels lighter, faster and a good deal easier to navigate today, that is not your imagination. After months of rebuilding, the new pinkylash.com is officially live. The workshop has not moved, the hand-tied technique has not changed — what changed is everything standing between you and the lashes you came to find.
Why We Rebuilt
Our catalogue grew faster than our website did. Styles, curl codes, lengths and band options kept piling up, but the old site kept presenting them in the same flat way, so comparing a single pair meant opening a dozen tabs. Wholesale buyers told us the same thing again and again: the lashes are good, finding the right one takes too long.
So we started from the structure instead of the surface. Navigation was rebuilt around how buyers actually search — by style family, by material, by effect — and every page was rewritten to answer the questions that used to arrive by email.
What Is New
- Clearer collections. Strip lashes, DIY cluster kits and lash tools now sit in separate, filterable families, so a salon owner and a private-label buyer no longer land on the same wall of thumbnails.
- Faster pages. Lighter templates, compressed media and a mobile-first layout. Most pages now open in a fraction of the time they used to.
- One clear path to OEM. Custom curl, length, band, logo and packaging are described in plain language, with a direct route to request samples instead of an enquiry form that disappears into a void.
- Direct contact. Email, WhatsApp and social channels are one tap away on every screen — including the phone, where most of our buyers actually read.
What Stayed Exactly the Same
Every lash is still hand-tied, still inspected strand by strand before packing, and still made in the same workshop by the same hands. Nothing about the material, the taper or the curl was cheapened to make the website look prettier. A relaunch should change how you find the product — never what the product is.
For Wholesale, OEM and Private Label Buyers
Trade visitors get the most out of the rebuild. Product pages now list the specifications that actually matter in a quotation — curl, thickness, length, band type and available packaging — so you can shortlist before the first email is even sent.
If you are new to sourcing, start with our guides on the difference between mink, faux mink and silk lashes and how an OEM private-label lash order runs from sample to shipment. Buyers working on repeat orders usually pair those with our notes on reuse and care, which answer the questions your own customers will ask.
Come Take a Look
Browse the new collection, compare styles side by side, and request samples straight from the product pages. If something is missing, slow, or simply does not make sense, tell us — a relaunch is a starting point, not a finish line.
