These terms govern every quotation, order and sale made by Pinkylash. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

1. Quotations and orders

A quotation is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued. An order becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing and the agreed deposit, if any, has been received. Please check your order confirmation carefully; once production or packing has started, changes may no longer be possible.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in US dollars and exclude shipping, insurance, duties and taxes unless we state otherwise in writing. Payment is due as agreed on your invoice. If an invoice is overdue, we may hold further shipments until the balance is settled.

3. Stock and lead times

Ready-stock styles are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment clears. Custom styles – your own curl, length, thickness, packaging or logo – are made to order; the lead time quoted to you starts after final approval of the sample and receipt of the deposit. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees, and may move because of carrier or customs delays outside our control.

4. Shipping, title and risk

Unless agreed otherwise, goods ship on a delivered-at-place basis: risk passes to you when the carrier collects the goods. Title passes when the invoice is paid in full. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by the carrier or by customs clearance in your country.

5. Inspection and claims

Please inspect goods on arrival. Any shortage, damage or defect must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of delivery, with photographs and the order number. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, product specifications and brand assets on this website remain the property of Pinkylash. You may not reproduce or resell them as your own.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability on any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost sales or damage to your business reputation.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Both parties will try to resolve any dispute by negotiation first.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after that date.
