Shipping

We ship worldwide from Qingdao, China. Below is how it works.

1. Dispatch time

• Ready-stock items: packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days after payment clears.
• Custom orders: dispatched on the lead time quoted to you, starting from sample approval and deposit.
• We do not ship on Chinese public holidays; we will tell you in advance if one affects your order.

2. Carriers

Express orders normally travel with DHL, FedEx or UPS. Larger consignments can go by air freight or sea freight – tell us the volume and deadline and we will quote both.

3. Cost

Shipping is calculated on chargeable weight and destination and is quoted with your order. We always show the freight cost before you pay, and we ship with the carrier you choose.

4. Tracking

You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected.

5. Customs, duties and taxes

Import duties, VAT, GST and customs clearance fees in your country are paid by you. We supply the commercial invoice and any documents your customs office asks for. Please check your local import rules for cosmetics-related goods before ordering.

6. Typical transit times

• North America: 3 to 7 business days by express.
• Europe: 3 to 8 business days by express.
• Australia and New Zealand: 4 to 9 business days by express.
• Sea freight: 20 to 40 days depending on port.

These are carrier estimates. Customs inspection can add time.

7. Damaged or lost in transit

Photograph the outer carton and the goods and send them to us within 7 days of delivery. We will file the claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
